Heat wrap and injectors installed

I added “Subaru WRX 565cc” injectors, they’re about 7.5mm shorter, so the plastic spacer for the fuel rail needed to be removed, and replaced with 11.5 (ended up being ~10.5mm, upper rubber bushing should be absorbing the 1mm difference). Top and bottom o-rings/bushings are the same diameter. The harness plug is identical as well. The Microsquirt “Required fuel” and latency were adjusted and it fired right up, no leaks or issues. The downpipe has been heatwrapped with DEI Titanium 2″ wrap. The A2W intercooler has been pretty crappily fitted, but the pump/exchanger/tank hasn’t been installed yet (maybe Monday?). It is still smoking really badly, and has been since it was initially setup. The one breather from the right right of the valve cover is vented to atmosphere, the PCV from the center of the valve cover was still going to the intake manifold, maybe it’s leaky? Maybe the turbo seals are blown? Maybe the 10an oil return is not smooth enough (90 degree at pan)? Thoughts would be appreciated, as I’m getting a lot of dirty looks from people at stop lights.
