Sloppy fix?

I have an engine on the stand waiting to go in the car, and I figured I’d check out the damage on the knocking engine… It didn’t look too bad, so I threw a bearing in the rod that spun… and maybe it’s fine?

Edit: It blew up same day, this was also when I deleted the harmonic balancer assembly. When building an engine about a year later, I realized how much metal probably still stayed in the oil passage, yikes. C’est la vie.
